Once an order has been made, you have 24 hours to request a cancellation; this only applies if a tracking number on your order is not updated.
Due to the nature of our products, we do quality checks and ensure our tools are suitable for a potential life-saving incident. Once an order is packaged, we do not tamper with them as this voids our damaged product guarantee; we explicitly do not accept returns as these products cannot be re-sold.

We always do our best to ensure that our customers get the very best products in perfect condition, but unfortunately, sometimes accidents happen in transit; If this is the case, we will send you a replacement order, free of charge! Just contact us with the order # (for e.g. #6527) and a picture of the damaged product! Valid 3 days from the day your package is delivered.
