SHIPPING INFORMATION

Order Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

During high-volume periods (holidays, sales, or restocks), processing times may be slightly extended.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times

We ship orders using USPS and other major carriers, depending on destination and package type.

Estimated delivery times are provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. Delivery timelines may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or other factors beyond our control.

Tracking Information

Once your order ships, tracking information will be sent to the email address provided at checkout.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear after receiving your shipping confirmation.

Delivery Confirmation

Orders marked as delivered by the carrier are considered fulfilled.

If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you have not received your package, we recommend:


  • Checking with household members or neighbors

  • Checking around the delivery location

  • Contacting the carrier directly for further details

SDK is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

SDK is not responsible for delays, loss, or theft caused by the shipping carrier.

Once a package is in the carrier’s possession, delivery issues must be addressed directly with the carrier.

Refunds or chargebacks are not issued for packages marked as delivered.

Incorrect Address Policy

Customers are responsible for ensuring their shipping address is correct and complete at checkout.

If a package is returned to us due to:


  • An incorrect or incomplete address

  • Failed delivery attempts

  • Refusal by the recipient

We can reship the order for an additional shipping fee.

If the customer chooses not to reship, a refund may be issued minus original shipping costs and a restocking fee.

SDK is not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect address information entered at checkout.

Damaged Items During Shipping

If your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 3 days of delivery.

To report shipping damage, email info@selfdefenderkit.com with:


  • Your order number

  • Clear photos or a short video of the damage

  • Photos of the original packaging, if applicable

Once verified, a replacement will be issued in accordance with our warranty policy.

International Shipping

If you ship internationally, add this. If not, leave it out.

International customers are responsible for understanding and complying with local laws regarding the purchase, possession, and use of personal safety products. SDK is not responsible for items seized or delayed by customs.
