How do pre-orders work?
When you pre-order a product or kit, this means that it is still in production as that we will ship it out to you within 4 weeks or sooner! We will always keep you updated via email!
What is the return policy?
We always do our best to ensure that our customers get the very best products, that are in perfect condition, but unfortunately sometimes accidents happen in transit! If this is the case, we will send you a replacement order, free of charge! Just contact us with the the order # and a picture or of the damaged product! This is valid 14 days from the day you receive your package.
