SDK RETURN POLICY
For the safety and protection of all customers, we do not accept returns or exchanges on any self-defense products.
Due to the nature of these items, once a product leaves our facility it cannot be resold, restocked, or handled again. This ensures product integrity for life-saving situations.
All sales are final.
30-Day Warranty (Replacement Only)
All SDK products include a 30-day limited warranty, beginning on the delivery date.
This warranty covers:
Manufacturing defects
Items damaged during shipping
If your item arrives defective or damaged, we will send a free replacement once the issue is verified.
What the Warranty Does Not Cover
The warranty does not apply to:
Accidental damage
Misuse or improper use
Normal wear and tear
Lost or stolen items
Damage due to modifications or tampering
Issues reported after 30 days
Items purchased incorrectly due to customer error
Any alterations void the warranty.
Damaged Items on Arrival
If your order arrives damaged, please notify us within 3 days of delivery with:
Your order number (#XXXX)
Photos or a short video showing the damage
A photo of the packaging (if applicable)
This helps us file carrier claims and send a replacement promptly.
How to File a Warranty Claim
Email info@selfdefenderkit.com with:
Your order number
A clear photo or short video of the issue
A brief explanation of what happened
Once reviewed and approved, we’ll ship your replacement right away.
Return-to-Sender / Incorrect Address Policy
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery, or refusal:
We can reship your order for an additional shipping fee.
If you prefer to cancel instead, the original shipping cost and a restocking fee will be deducted from your refund.
SDK is not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect addresses entered at checkout.
